This learning path equips leaders and experts with guidelines, processes, and frameworks on business models 3.0 (BM 3.0) and Web3. The course helps leaders and experts understand why and how business models 3.0 and Web3 technologies impact organizations through knowledge and practical case studies
Business Models 3.0 is the next evolution in technology-enabled business models made possible by Web3 technologies. Business models 3.0 and Web3 technologies create new opportunities for organizations to set ambitious goals, gain competitive advantage, and create enterprise value. They represent the inflection point of the next wave of transformation in organizations.
This learning path builds core knowledge on the intersection of four streams: (1) Business Models 3.0, (2) Web3 technologies, (3) the resource-based view of organizations, and (4) the transformation, value, and impact of business models on organizations.
The knowledge is further enhanced through insights from interventions and case studies. For example, one case study is in the plan, design, and execution of Business Model 3.0 and Web3 in the supply chain domain of a sector-leading fast-moving consumer goods organization (SL-FMCG), and another case study is in the customer experience domain of a next-generation cognitive city (NG-City)

The core-level learning path covers the foundational modules, four practical assignments, and a final mini-project. The final mini project is in the context of an organization.
The advanced-level learning path builds on the core-level and covers more advanced topics, four practical assignments, and a final mini-project. The final mini project is in the context of an organization.
The learning path, ideally, requires over five years of professional experience. You would have experience as an expert, manager, or a similar role or a higher seniority.
There are no other prerequisites for the core learning path. The advanced learning path requires the completion of the core learning path as a prerequisite.
Each cohort will accommodate an optimal number of participants to have an optimal environment for learning and discussions.
